You say you offer an alternative to bank financing, what financing resources do you have?

For these services and for the many dreams they help individuals realize every day all over the globe, we applaud and praise their contributions. 
• For many borrowers, a conventional bank syndication or direct loan is perfectly fine and we understand that it is the preferred choice for many companies' boards of directors and shareholders who have become accustomed to doing business the "old-fashioned" way. But Masters Capital Inc. is a brokerage financing company and works with the emerging private investment bank-financing arena. You still want to work with reputable banks, but you want a much better deal than they give their "front door" clients. You turn therefore to a Private Investment Banking solution.

Tell me more about collateral. What options do I have? The land my business sits on? Or the factory I will build with the funds you give me?

Both are good. We will take first position on a lien on your property until the loan is (you must own it free and clear) Each borrower's case will be different and require different solutions.

I have a Letter of Intent to Guarantee, but that's all. Can I still enter your funding programs?

Are there any other fees besides your commission, paid only if you succeed?

• No. We charge no up-front fees, and will not accept them if offered. If you wish to have your legal teamwork with us or check on us to verify that this is true, we welcome it. Remember: If we don't fund you, we get nothing. 
   

What about paperwork? Am I going to have to fill out hundreds of applications?

• No. We only ask for the paperwork and documents we need, which are very minimal to be made available in the format as specified Click here.
