Problem

At the end of the day, dozens of police cars return to the station, each with a wealth of information collected during the day. This information needs to be given to the supervisor, and new information needs to be loaded into each car. How is this done?

Each police car is fitted with a Wuta Web Modem, as is the main computer in the police station. As each police car returns to the parking lot it registers with the police station using its Wuta Web Modem. The car sends over any information it has collected during the day, and the police station updates any information the officers will need the next day.

As Wuta Web Modems are smart enough to know when they are and are not being talked to, the main computer can update a group of cars parked nearby without manual intervention. If more than one car is returning at once, the officers need only park their car and the police station can update the information when it gets time.
